Instructions
Preheat oven to 375.
Prepare muffin tins with liners.
Combine oats and milk in a bowl.
Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixture.
Fold in. Avoid over mixing.
Refrigerate batter for 30 minutes.
When ready to bake remove batter from refrigerator and fill muffin tin.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until muffins have risen. Allow to cool.
